Prices

All prices are in Norwegian kroner and are shown both including and excluding VAT. The total cost of the purchase will be stated before the order is placed and includes all expenses associated with the purchase such as shipping costs etc.

Terms and conditions of sale and delivery

Processing of orders

Each individual order is processed continuously and shipped as quickly as capacity allows. The goods should always be in stock unless they are listed as sold out on our website and shipped no later than 3 working days after the order is received.

Freight

The shipment is made by means of a parcel to the mailbox with tracking directly to your home from Posten Norge. You will be notified of the arrival of the parcel via SMS and/or e-mail or a pick-up notice in your mailbox if the parcel is too large.

Payment

We require payment for the goods from the moment they are ordered in our online shop and sent from us to the customer.

Personal information

Snusbrothers processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as a private individual will never be made available to other companies or linked to other external registers.

Card information

When you shop at Snusbrothers, the payment is processed by Klarna or Vipps, which is a secure electronic payment solution. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies’ regulations.

Procedures for returning goods

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the goods, please contact us at post@snusbrothers.com and we will send you a completed return form by email. You will then receive a refund of the purchase price within 14 days after we receive the goods.

Complaints

If there is a defect in the goods, you must notify Snusbrothers in writing(email or letter) within a reasonable time of discovering it that you wish to make a claim. Snusbrothers will then give you information on what to do next. The rules on complaints are set out in the Consumer Sales Act (Consumer Sales Act).

Right of withdrawal

According to the Withdrawal Act, the withdrawal period starts on the day the buyer receives the goods and continues for 14 days. If you want to cancel your purchase, return the goods in the same condition as you received them and enclose a completed cancellation form. You will then receive a refund of what you have paid. The buyer pays the return postage. See additional information on the withdrawal form. If the buyer has not received the withdrawal form in writing on paper or on another durable medium (e.g. email), the withdrawal period is extended to 3 months. The withdrawal form must be filled in with Snusbrother’s details when the form is received. The right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases, sales to companies are not included in the Consumer Sales Act.

Guarantee

Up to 2 years product warranty is given for any errors or defects in the product.
